Returns & Refunds

Every shirt is printed to order, one at a time, after you buy it. That's what keeps the catalog weird and the prices reasonable — but it also means there's no shelf of stock to send things back to. Here's exactly how we handle it.

If something's wrong with your order

Misprint, damaged in transit, wrong item, wrong size on the tag — that's on us. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement free or refund you in full, whichever you'd rather have.

Don't ship anything back. Keep it, bin it, use it as a shop rag. We just need the photo.

If your order never showed up

If tracking stalls or nothing arrives within 15 business days, tell us. We'll reship or refund. No photo needed for that one.

If you need to cancel or fix something

Get in touch fast and we can usually catch it before it hits the printer. Wrong address, wrong size at checkout, second thoughts — email us right away and we'll do what we can. Once it's in production we can't pull it back.

If it doesn't fit

This is the one thing we can't take back, because we can't restock a shirt that was made for you. What we can do: send the correct size at 50% off, and you keep the first one. Email within 30 days of delivery and we'll set it up.

Sizes run true. There's a size chart on every product page — check it before you order, and if you're between sizes, just email and ask. We'd much rather answer a question than fix a mistake.

If you changed your mind

We can't accept returns for change of mind. Nothing goes back on a shelf, because there isn't one. That's stricter than a big-box store, and it's the honest trade for made-to-order.

A note on printing

These are printed directly onto the garment, so slight variation in print placement from one shirt to the next is normal. Fading, cracking, or a print that's clearly crooked is not — that's a defect, and it's covered above.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to post it.
